Due to the nature of our products — research-grade peptides and compounds — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nexarislabs.com with your order number and photographic evidence. We will review each case individually and, where applicable, issue a replacement or store credit.

We do not offer refunds for:
— Change of mind
— Orders delayed by carriers or customs
— Products that have been opened or used

All products are intended for laboratory and research use only. Not for human consumption.
